Color coding has long served as a universal language for status indication across nearly all industries. While signal towers remain the most common solution for visual alerts, they lose effectiveness when positioned outside the machine operator’s line of sight.
We’ve observed a growing trend of integrating signalling devices directly within the machine enclosure or on its front panel, enhancing both process stability and visual clarity.
Early in the design and development phase, it became evident that integrating both white and RGB lighting into a single housing would offer major advantages — from simplified cable management to reduced material consumption. This approach quickly resonated with our customers, and the all-in-one luminaire concept has since been adopted and standardized by numerous renowned companies.
We combine white LEDs with RGB chips that have been carefully selected for their low binning tolerance, ensuring consistent color quality and brightness.
The result is minimal variation in color temperature, ensuring optimal light distribution. In addition to six distinct RGB colors, our RGBW luminaires also provide pure white light with a CRI >80.
